These terms and conditions outline the rules for booking and providing photography services through the website www.rutamarphotography.com.

By booking a photoshoot you agree to these terms.

Booking

A photoshoot is considered reserved only after the agreed deposit payment has been received.

The deposit confirms the reservation and guarantees that the selected date and time are reserved exclusively for you.

If the deposit is not paid, the reservation is not confirmed.

Payment

The remaining payment is due on the day of the photoshoot or by another method agreed in advance.

Payment terms may be discussed individually before the photoshoot.

Rescheduling or Cancellation

If the client cannot attend the photoshoot, they are asked to inform the photographer as soon as possible.

If the photoshoot is cancelled by the client, the deposit may not be refundable because the reserved date becomes unavailable for other clients.

The photoshoot date may be rescheduled if both parties agree.

Photo Delivery

The delivery time for the final photos may vary depending on the type of photoshoot and the amount of work required.

Final images are delivered digitally through an online gallery or another agreed method.

Photo Editing

All delivered photos are selected and edited according to the photographer’s artistic style.

Unedited RAW files are generally not provided.

Additional editing may be available for an extra fee.

Copyright

All photographs remain the intellectual property of the photographer.

The client receives permission to use the photos for personal purposes such as:

social media
personal albums
printing

Commercial use of photographs requires permission from the photographer.

Portfolio Use

The photographer may use photos from the photoshoot for:

portfolio
website
social media
promotional purposes

If the client does not wish their photos to be published, they should inform the photographer before the photoshoot.

Limitation of Liability

The photographer makes every effort to ensure the photoshoot runs smoothly and delivers high quality results.

However, the photographer cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond their control, such as:

weather conditions
location restrictions
actions of third parties

Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time.
